Individual Therapy

Therapy offers a personalized approach to help you navigate life's challenges and unlock your potential for growth and well-being.Rates for outpatient therapy services are as follows:
Initial Assessment (60 minutes): $200 Individual Therapy (60 minutes): $150 Individual Therapy (45 minutes): $125 Individual Therapy (30 minutes): $100
Clinical Supervision
Supervision provides a structured and supportive environment for therapists to enhance their skills, address challenges, and refine their practice. We aim to empower therapists to provide the best possible care by fostering reflection, learning, and professional development. We offer regular feedback and case consultation with a goal of improving client care and therapist well-being. Please inquire about rates.
Office Space For Lease!
Sun and Moon Therapy has full or part time offices available for lease for clinical use at 192 Saco Ave in OOB. Each office has a window for natural lighting and a full closet for storage. There is a shared waiting room, conference room, full bathroom & kitchen. Parking is available on site! Utilities are included.
